Will requests come from my own number?

Yes. You send the review request SMS from your phone using your business number and your mobile network carrier. Your customer receives a message from you.

Are review request texts included in the subscription?

Review request texts are sent through your own mobile network. Your carrier’s usual SMS allowance and charges apply. Reputica’s SMS alerts notify you when private feedback arrives.

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

No. You can try Reputica free for 14 days without providing a credit card.

What is the difference between monthly and annual?

Both include the same six features. The £20 monthly plan includes Reputica branding. The £240 annual plan is white label, so you can remove Reputica branding from your pages.
